How to rent
Renting equipment at Getarctic is easy and flexible. You can find our extensive selection, up-to-date prices, and product availability directly in our online store. We recommend making your reservation primarily through the online store, which allows you to select the equipment you want and the rental period that suits you best.
1. Select equipment and rental period
Browse our online store selection, select the equipment you need, and add it to your shopping cart. Choose your desired rental period for the products and complete the order.
2. Let us know about any special requests
You can write clarifying details or special requests related to your order in the Additional information field at the checkout before finalizing the order.
For example, you can share your preferences regarding delivery, equipment sizes, or other practical arrangements.
3. Choose a suitable pick-up or delivery method
We offer four flexible options:
- 24/7 self-service pick-up: Pick up your equipment around the clock from our rental shop at Ulakatu 5, Rovaniemi.
- Pick-up from the city center: Pick up your equipment from the Hostel Café Koti reception during its opening hours.
- Delivery to accommodation: Have your equipment delivered directly to your hotel, cabin, or other accommodation.
- Shipping to a pick-up point: Order rental equipment to your preferred pick-up point anywhere in Finland.

4. Receive a booking confirmation and pick-up instructions
After placing your order, you will receive a booking confirmation in your email.
For self-service pick-up, we will send more detailed instructions and access codes no later than one hour before your rental period begins.
